Do not mail computers and electronic devices to the Exchange. Call for return instructions specific to your item's brand.
Oversized
Call for item pickup and refund of oversized shipping and handling fees. Special handling is required. Replaced items may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
Special Provision for Appliances
If defects are apparent upon delivery, or if the product is unacceptable, you may refuse delivery and place another order. For any product malfunction issues, please schedule a service appointment with the manufacturer below so that a repair or replacement may be considered.
