Overview

The Kenney Spring Tension Utility Rod is easy to install without tools. Use it as a shower curtain rod in standard and oversized bathtubs or for added storage in closets, laundry rooms and more. Made of heavy-duty steel, this utility rod is coated with a chip resistant material to prevent rust over time. The non-slip, non-scratch end caps mean no damage to your wall or tile, making this a good solution for rentals or other temporary installments. The end caps include ring locks to keep your shower curtain against the wall, preventing drafts. To install: Extend rod 1 - 1.5 in. beyond the width of your shower opening, then compress the ends of the rod together and release into place to secure. The Kenney Spring Tension Utility Rod in black is adjustable from 42 - 72 in. wide to fit standard and oversized bath tub openings.
