The L Series from Cangshan is a precise and modernistic knife line with a keen edge, perfect balance and on incredibly ergonomic handle. Every knife is forged from high-alloy GermanX50CrMoVl5 steel and goes through their meticulous ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring that the knives are extraordinarily durable and have exceptional edge retention. An angled bolster accommodates a natural and firm pinch grip on the blade, while flawlessly balancing the distinct, singular mosaic rivet in the stunning black handle. Model: 1026788.
