A: Yes, MWR Exchange Vacations will still honor all travel booked before 31 December 2019 with a scheduled redemption date after this date.

Q: I purchased a membership and/or travel with MWR Exchange Vacations using my Military Star card, making installment payments. Will I still be able to use my Military Star card to make payments?
A: Yes, MWR Exchange Vacations will accept your Military Star card as payment until your agreed upon travel or membership has been paid in full.

Q: I am making installment payments. Can I choose to change my form of payment with MWR Exchange Vacations?
A: Yes, contact 1.866.691.5109 to change your form of payment.

Q: I have an account with MWR Exchange Vacations. How do I manage or make changes to my account or travel?
A: Visit www.govvacationrewards.com to manage your account.

Q: Do I need to cancel my membership if MWR Exchange Vacations is no longer a Marketplace vendor?
