The Exchange – Now in its second century of service – remains committed to its mission.
The Exchange Provides products and services to authorized customers worldwide and generates earnings to supplement appropriated funds for military morale, welfare and recreation (MWR) programs.
MWR-Morale Welfare and Recreation
More than 70% of our earnings are paid to MWR programs. In the past 10 Years more than $2.4 Billion has been contributed by The Exchange to the Armed Forces to spend on quality of life improvements for Soldiers, Airmen and their families.

Department of Defense (DOD) Schools
The Exchange provides DOD schools an average of 28,000 lunches a day and over 4.8 million meals a year.
Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
The Combined Federal Campaign has played an important role in the lives of millions of people within the United States and throughout the world. By providing much needed funds to local, state and federal charitable organizations, the CFC has helped many who are in need. The Exchange associates worldwide generously contribute to the CFC through payroll deductions.

The Exchange associates have voluntarily served and supported our Armed Forces all over the world for over a century. Wherever our military men and women go, whether during war time or peace, The Exchange is there. We currently have associates serving in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Bosnia and many other hostile and remote locations. We are proud to go where you go!
